1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 555abc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 555abc platform, accessible at https://555abc.app and any associated mobile interfaces or domains operated by 555abc.

3. Account Registration and Security

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 555abc may immediately suspend the account, void associated bets and winnings, retain the account balance pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555abc platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 555abc or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555abc's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555abc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, however caused and regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
